Who reads CashYield

People actively deciding where to put their cash: savers comparing high-yield savings, CDs, money market funds and T-bills. They're rate-sensitive, tax-aware, and close to opening an account, especially in high-tax states like California, New York and New Jersey, where after-tax math changes the winner.

Stats

New site, launched Oct 2026. We don't have traffic or subscriber numbers worth quoting yet, and we won't invent them. Founding sponsors get launch pricing in exchange for that. We'll share real analytics and newsletter numbers here as they come in.

What we already have: 51 state pages, comparison guides, weekly data refreshes, and a weekly newsletter.

All placements are labeled Sponsored. Sponsors can't influence rankings, rates, or editorial content. We don't accept crypto yield products, unlicensed lenders, or anything we wouldn't show a friend.

Why you can trust CashYield

Every rate comes from the provider's own page or official Treasury data, with a source link and date. If we can't read a value, we show "—" or "missing" and never guess. Rankings are sorted only by after-tax yield; sponsors can't buy a rank, and paid placements are always labeled. Badges show how your money is protected: bank deposits are FDIC-insured up to the limits; T-bills are backed by the US government; money market funds and ETFs are investments and are not FDIC insured.
